25.01.2022 ***Kids Yoga *** Enrolments for Term 3 are now open :) There will be 10 fun filled weeks of yoga, from the 13th of July until 14th of September.... 03.01.2022 This is a great article from Yoga Journal covering age appropriate childrens meditation. These precious little moments of stillness are all some kids need to reconnect. I know that with my 4 year old, shes got a personality like popcorn and will request one of her favourite Yoga Nidra meditations when she knows its time to chill out...
