06.01.2022 Backbend practice this morning this intense 2 hour led practice let's us delve deeper into ourselves and challenge ourselves on so many levels and today I got past a deep fear of falling in dwipada viparita dandasana drop backs and landed to the floor unassisted, yes it was loud and very messy, but I got through it by working on it for the past year. Yoga is not an overnight fix its a lifetime of study and dedicated practice.
