10.01.2022 Hi Everyone This week for our Sunday class we’re going to focus on some gentle twists. Twists allow the body to let go of any toxins through the motion of comp...ression (like wringing out a towel). The organs are compressed during a twist, pushing out blood filled with metabolic by-products and toxins. When we release the twist, fresh blood flows in, carrying oxygen and the building blocks for tissue healing... so, think of a sponge being rung out of dirty water and then dipping that sponge into clean water. That’s essentially what we’re doing in twists. Letting go of the bad and toxic and soaking up the good. In addition, twists stimulate circulation and improve our spines natural range of motion. With a second lockdown possibly on its way, we need to make sure we are looking after our physical and emotional well-being in this time. Look forward to seeing some of you on Sunday Abbie

06.01.2022 Hello community, My name is Yulia and I am honoured to be offering Monday classes in the beautiful Let’s Play daycare space. End of the year is always a challenging time for all of us trying to process the passing year (and what a year 2020 has been!), navigate the holiday season and stay present with the people that matter. ... So I thought we should all try to ground, centre, calm our minds and get a clear perspective for the upcoming year with a weekly evening yoga class. I will be offering HATHA practice focused on chakra balance, energy pathways clearing and connecting to the flow of the universe to align our lives with its higher path. I hope to see you next Monday at 7pm at 1 Ashworth Ave, Belrose. Please bring your yoga mat and an optional blanket for an extra cozy savasana Cost: $15 Duration: 1:15 hr
