09.01.2022 In order for us to grow we must face challenges. The same as an athlete needs to exercise their physical body to achieve their goal we must exercise our spiritual body to achieve our goal and overcome our daily challenges. Those changes that seem to be so overwhelming at the time are there to stretch and strengthen us on our journey. We must embrace the new and release that which no longer serves us. This in itself can be so very painful as we move out of our comfort zone and... enter into a new higher vibration. In no time this new vibration will again become a zone that we are comfortable in. It just needs time. Just remember that before any action takes place, there has to be a thought. We very definitely are the product of our own thoughts, so think positive thoughts and that’s what you’re going to attract.
