25.01.2022 Well we have had a interesting start to the year, if you have been in lately you would have meet our grandson Joshua, he has come to help us in the Christmas brake, it has been a great pleasure to have him working with us. We are feeling this year is going to be betted than the past, it might just be me always thinking positive dont look back look to the future. Well tha t is enough of my rambling. Are you all ready for Australia Day we will not be open on Thursday 26th and would like to wish you all a safe day of.

23.01.2022 A year ago I posted this recipe and my page went gangbusters! Thought I would celebrate by reposting... so, so, so delicious! NEVER FAIL SCONES Ingredients... 4 cups self raising flour 300ml thickened cream 1 cup or small can of Lemonade (7 up or soda water) (250-300ml) Method 1. Add SR flour to a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add cream and lemonade. 2. Mix until just combined and make a dough. Roll out dough (add flour to surface beforehand) until no more than 2cm thick. 3. Cut out with scone cutter and brush with milk once settled in pan. 4. Bake approx 20mins in moderate oven (180 degrees c) or until golden colored. 5. Serve with cream and jam. Enjoy!

22.01.2022 Hello fo everyone, well we have had an up and down start to the beginning of the year, as everyone thatt has been in the last few months know we have moved and arw at the moment residing in Yokine. We have had 2 of our dear customers pass away, we would like to send our love to there families with our deepest sympathy. We survived Christmas and now it is time for Valentines Day, Australia Day, Easter and then Mothers Day, guess what we are nearly half the way through the year. Did this wake you up. Yes and the children go back to school. If you have any time to pop in and see us ws have some beautiful gifts for these occasions. Greg and l would likemto with you all a wonderful year.2017
