24.01.2022 Its R U OK Day and as much as its there to remind us to ask the question, more than anything, its around teaching us to continue that conversation. Really actively listen and be there for those we love and are in our circle, without judgement and often times without wisdom too. Just to give the gift of listening and support, is important. Lets reach out to those we love and those whom we know need us or could do with a little more love, ask the question and then sit down ...and settle in for the longer answer.
