22.01.2022 Who is suffering from the cold Weather??? I have a home made little potion that will help clear your lungs and mend you up in no time.... Juice 4 lemons... Crush a Whole purple garlic bulb Slice up 3 thumbs of ginger Use roughly 1/2cup of water Place all in a saucepan and simmer with lid slightly ajar for 3 hours. DO NOT BOIL. Strain the mixture into a jar, pushing down on the mixture through a sieve to get all the goodness. Use only a small portion of this and mix with boiling water to make your garlic, ginger, lemon tea. Add a spoon of honey and sip slowly. Depending on how strong you want it you may get 2 - 4 cups of tea. I recommend this at night before bed. It will make you sweat and kill the bugs.... Get Well Soon...
