22.01.2022 I have just completed a 30 day breathing and cold challenge called the Wim Hof Method. Has anyone else heard of it or tried it? Wim Hof is known as The Iceman. The breathing component is a daily breathing technique where you inhale exhale deeply for around 30 rounds, then hold your breathe for as long as comfortable (I can now hold for 2 minutes), then inhale and hold 15 seconds then repeat for 3 to 5 rounds. The cold therapy started with 15 second cold showers up to 1 minut...e, and for anyone who knows me that's friggen incredible. I have been swimming 8 times in the last 15 days by choice, and it's not even 40 degrees. I can't believe it myself. The benefits have been fabulous. If you are looking for something different give it a go. It's only 30 days and you might just feel the benefits and love it. 17.01.2022 To get to the top of your mountain, you just need to take the first step, then another, then another and repeat... before you know it, you are looking back down from the top of your mountain thinking, "wow I did it".

06.01.2022 Feeling anxious, stressed, want better sleep or more energy. Look into the Wim Hof breathing method and cold therapy technique. I can't recommend it enough. I now do the breathing daily and swim and/or cold shower daily and feel energised and calm. Download the app WHM and give it a go.

05.01.2022 If you are looking for something new and challenging for your mind and body - I suggest having a look at the Wim Hof Method - and download the WHM app. Daily it works on breathing/meditation, yoga, and cold therapy. It will take you through the process at a steady progression. A few people have started this method and are feeling the benefits as I am. I am now up to 5 minute cold showers and still swimming regularly in the ocean. It's invigorating ;)

03.01.2022 Now is a great time to take a breath and re-evaluate. I started the Wim Hof method of breathing and cold therapy 2 months ago and I can highly recommend it. I started with the 30 day challenge on the app (free) and am now 4 weeks into the 10 week Fundamental Course. It slowly teaches you different breathing, cold, yoga and stretching techniques. I am now practicing breathing/yoga/cold/stretching techniques daily, and swimming 4-5 times/week. Each week is a different challenge. Lots of fun and heaps of mental and physical benefits. 03.01.2022 As we accept and embrace this fact living becomes easier. Change is a necessary part of living. Life is constant change.
