20.01.2022 Congratulations to the YKBC Committee, Management and Origin Energy / Horan & Bird with the successful installation of the largest Non For Profit Solar System i...n Queensland. With over 390 panels and a 105kw capacity the system will help ensure the clubs energy security. The proposal took 2 years of dedicated work by the committee and management showing just how important it is to have a committee that is dedicated, stable, business orientate and has the all the members interests in mind ensuring massive projects like this are delivered for the clubs benefit. Without the stability and foresight as well as long term relationships this project which has not cost the club could not have been delivered. This system is another vote of confidence from the business world in the current committee and management, and even more value to the club. Congratulations to all involved involved in this amazing project. A huge thanks to Ray from RTS Concreting PTY LTD for his pilot skills.

Deck - from this week for just $10 - you have access to our sensational Tropical BBQ. From 4pm to 7pm every Friday you can build your ownTropical Burger or Snag Sandwich.
