24.01.2022 EXCITED!!!!! This project started purely because I missed having my art in my space, so I decided to make some cusions to not only splash around colour but to have my original art on something unique. I will be selling cusions covers in sets of 3 for $100 and is about a 2 week turn around.. these are a super fabulous edition to any space and make an amazing gift and can have them if needed before Xmas for you to wrap up!!! ... These are the art work I have had printed so far but if any in my photo gallery tickle your fancy I can have them done also. 22.01.2022 Last week of kids yoga this week and a break before hitting the mat again next term. Some mindful colouring of yoga poses and the mantra peace begins with me was on the cards as these guys in preschool room prepare for there big daycare garaduation this week!! Reminder I have a karma class (free class) I do once a month at daycares so reach out if you have a little one at a centre and I can reach out and offer a class to them x

22.01.2022 Wonderful opportunity to teach at a local high school today very different experience then the daycare yoga, but had a fantastic time and the kids were all really engaged and done a super job

15.01.2022 Today we explore TOGA.. that’s right, it’s a thing. It’s yoga for your toes and it even has its own song. We need to bit use our hands just our toes ( great for balance, concentration and healthy movement of the feet) to collect as many as we can before heading back to our mat to make a picture out of them or a pattern (always good for mindfulness) it’s toetally cool!!
