07.01.2022 BALMAIN COTTAGE ENTRANCE MAKEOVER This lovely cottage in Balmain needed its front stone steps replaced, from the previous brick steps which were quite old, worn and becoming loose. Removing the old stones, we replaced them with a new bespoke cut Sydney sandstone - and what a difference it has made!... A much more pleasant looking entrance and a safer passage for our customer - we're very pleased with the result and the difference it has made to the whole property - it has a new lease of life. 06.01.2022 We were tasked to design, create and build an archway from scratch. 03.01.2022 Modern meets heritage. Sandstone can be an elegant and timeless addition to any home. We recently replaced an old staircase with new sandstone steps at McMahons’s Point, using hand carved ashlar blocks with a 20mm margin and a traditional sparrow pecked finish to the face. The jobs were not straightforward (dealing with a sloping site) and Rob came up with innovati...ve solutions achieving both beauty and functionality.
