Sankajo application fluency drill 2. Shomen geri kento (front kick to punching combos) Sankajo as part of the chukyu waza *first without resistance then with increasing resistance from Uke. The focus for students was on applying Sankajo from the very first instance - the inception poin...t - yo control Uke. 3. 10.01.2022 Just a quick note about Saturday's demonstration. The mats will be open for last minute training from 9:30-10:00am. At 10:00am we will begin the demonstration. Immediate family only may come to watch if they like, but no extended family members or members of the public are able to attend. This is not a public demonstration like the usual Annual Demonstration held in September (not this year due to COVID), and we must maintain COVID protocols for social distancing where possib...le. Hopefully we can run a public demonstration next year! Students are welcome to bring refreshments for themselves for after the demonstration - drinks and a light bite. But unlike other events, we are unable to provide shared food due to COVID restrictions. Apologies. The dojo holiday will follow the demonstration on Monday 30th. So please don't come to train this Monday as no one will be there :) Training resumes Tuesday 1 Dec - first day of summer! I look forward to seeing everyone's best spirit tomorrow in the demonstration! Osu!
