08.01.2022 Spanakorizo (spinach with rice) but instead it's with fresh silverbeet fresh from my garden. Benefits- no pesticides, no chemicals of any sort. Silverbeet is a great source of vitamin A,C, B6 and K important for helping your blood to clot. Contains riboflavin and folate and minerals such as potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure and manganese involved in the regulation of brain and nerve function. So eat up people!
