25.01.2022 WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE VITAMINS AND MINERALS everyday?? Did you know that like some essential Vitamins, Minerals are inorganic substances and can’t be produced by the human body. So we need to get them from external sources, like food and supplements. For my health I trust the ARIIX OPTIMALS V&A, (Vitamins & Minerals), you are welcome to choose whatever brand you trust for your own body, as we are all unique individuals. ...Continue reading

23.01.2022 1/2. Can gluten cause heart disease? Cholesterol is a very important molecule that often gets blamed for heart disease.... Cholesterol is a type of molecule that carries vitamins and minerals, it helps fight viruses and infections plus makes our sex steroids like testosterone and oestrogen. Cholesterol doesn't cause heart disease, inflammation causes heart disease, here's where the two intertwine. Gluten can cause systemic inflammation. Systematic inflammation comes from gluten damaging the GI tract resulting in leaky gut. Leaky gut is where the contents of the intestine are released into the blood stream. Once those toxins, chemicals and by products reach the blood stream, it can cause systematic damage, which can contribute to vascular inflammation. Vascular inflammation is damage within the blood stream, damage to the blood vessel walls. Cholesterol lays down and forms a plaque in a blood vessel. If that plaque breaks away and lodges in a blood vessel upstream, that's what causes the lack of blood flow resulting in the cardio event ie heart attack, stroke, pulmonary issue and such. If there was no inflammation in the blood stream, there would be no plaque formed. Gluten - leaky gut - inflammation - plaque - vascular event. 23.01.2022 If you have read my previous post....As my good friend Leanne points out in her recent post, the flouride in our water and toothpaste is waste metal. It is not the same as the bio absorbable flouride, which is a mineral, that is in natural water supply and some foods.

10.01.2022 VITAMIN D why is it so important? It’s the modulator of our immune system and that is vitally important. It’s the base molecule for your hormones for oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. If you are deficient in Vitamin D you will struggle to lose weight. Dr Sherri Tenpenny says ...One of the things we should be doing Is having our Vit. D levels checked. Ask specifically for the number even if you are told your levels are normal, why? because between 80-100 is the op...timised therapeutic level you should be at. Vitamin D is referred to as a pre-hormone, it’s made in your skin activated by sunlight, then activated by the kidney and then the Vitamin D level has a different therapeutic location in all the different organ systems in your body. You have to have adequate Vitamin D levels to absorb calcium correctly to put calcium into your bones. You have to have adequate levels of Vitamin D to absorb calcium from your gut into your blood. Vitamin D helps support all of your white blood cells. Choosing a bioavailable efficacious standardised formulation with D3 K2 calcium and magnesium ensures maximum absorption in the body. For me my personal choice is Magnical-D. So get outside and enjoy 20 mins of the stimulatory benefits of the good sun rays of sunlight in the summer months during the hours between 9-10.30am (not the scorching burning rays). 05.01.2022 2/2. Can gluten cause heart disease? So we've established that gluten causes systemic inflammation which then causes cholesterol to line the arteries with plaque.... What is part of that plaque? Calcium is part of that plaque. This is why hardening of the arteries occurs. As gluten creates systemic inflammation and plaque lays, it can lead to a deposit of calcium into the lining on the arteries - the wall. That deposit then becomes mineralised and hardens the blood vessel. The blood vessel is a tube and it is suppose to expand and retract with the heartbeat and blood pressure. When we have hardening of the arteries this movement cannot happen and our blood pressure increases. Studies show that gluten can directly cause damage to the heart muscle and the heart sac causing pressure or pain. Source: Dr Peter Osborne. *This information is not intended to treat or diagnose. 01.01.2022 Thank you Leanne, you have explained this perfectly. I am always banging on about Magnesium: the Master mineral and our essential Vitamins, C, D, and Minerals with synergistic enzymes. This proves our health and hormones thrive when we give our body the necessary nutrition it deserves.
