01.01.2022 Amazing wise words from Elizabeth Lesser. They have really stuck with me. The lesson of forgiveness and boundaries is one I continue to learn. I love deep connection. Connection is the energy you feel with someone who sees, hears and accepts you without judgement. This is rare to find. As an empath you feel intention, you can sense when someone is lying to you or themselves. It’s a blessing (superpower) and a curse (kryptonite). Big love to my fellow empaths Standing in your truth with empathy takes practice and courage. I will continue to practice choosing self compassion and my truth over being liked or accepted. Getting better day by day.
