18.01.2022 I had the absolute pleasure of sharing Yoga with Maitland-Rutherford Girl Guides this evening. We enjoyed some balancing poses, a downward dog-warrior 2 sequence and a gentle wind down at the end. Thank you Colleen and Tahlia for inviting me! Namaste



18.01.2022 Our pose of the week is Adho Mukha Svanasana - Also known as Downward Facing Dog pose. This inversion is a great pose for lengthening the back of the legs, promoting blood circulation, enhancing digestion and much more! I'll be offering modifications including against a chair or using a bolster - so that everybody can enjoy this posture! See you at 5.30pm Thursday or PM for more details and to book your spot

16.01.2022 I hope my fellow yogis are staying safe. I've created a little 10 minute video for you all to follow along with at home. This sequence is designed to loosen up the back and bring some movement back after being house bound of late. Apologies for crazy things my camera does in auto mode and its not the most polished version, but its my first attempt and it is me :-) I will aim to improve on the next one! Enjoy and stay safe xx
