24.01.2022 Last month, we asked young carers what their experience has been with COVID-19, transitioning to learning from home and then returning to the school environment. What a rollercoaster! One young carer, who is in her final year of high school, spoke with us about some of the challenges she has experienced juggling her caring role with her HSC (www.youngcarersnsw.org.au/a-young-carers-experience-of-cov/). After receiving her feedback, we put together the below list of services that might be helpful for our friends currently undergoing their HSC and looking for some extra support. Calling out to any young carer out there who is having a hard time managing everything and staying on top of schoolwork - youre not alone! Give the YC team a call on (02) 9280 4744 if you would like to have a chat
