21.01.2022 This week at Young Academics Early Learning Centre Glenmore Park, we explored outer space due to the little ones’ growing interests. We had an amazing imaginative play set up for the children to explore the universe, allowing them to learn through play. Throughout the week, the children participated in a range of different experiences relating to the theme, from galaxy sensory bottles and star constellations, to learning a new song - Blinka Lila.

20.01.2022 Dress Code: Denim Cause: Jeans for Genes Day at Young Academics Early Learning Centre To show our support and help raise awareness for Jeans for Genes Australia, our educators and children came dressed in denim as we learned about the Children's Medical Research Institute's efforts in helping to find a cure for genetic diseases.

20.01.2022 From fairies and mermaids, to dinosaurs and superheroes, we think everyone deserved a BEST DRESSED Award at last week's Book Week!

17.01.2022 This month on "National Tree Planting day" each room at Young Academics Early Learning Centre #GlenmorePark was provided the opportunity to plant small shrubs, herbs, vegetables and trees that were provided by our team and from our families. The children were not only exposed to planting but gained knowledge as to how to plant and care for our environment and hopefully have "green thumbs".

16.01.2022 It's a special day for us here at Young Academics Early Learning Centre... because IT'S OUR 1ST BIRTHDAY So, to celebrate, we had a birthday party with our little ones. It's been a wonderful year for us here at Glenmore Park and we extend our sincerest thanks to the families in our community for their warm welcome. We look forward to many more years ahead!

14.01.2022 The team at Young Academics were very proud and excited to open their doors to yet another child care facility for the families of Glenmore Park! Opening 1st July 2019, the Open Day was an amazing opportunity for families and little ones to meet the educators, explore the centre and learn more about the YA Difference. 04.01.2022 Get Messy Day at Glenmore Park From coloured shaving foam, jelly and dyed spaghetti to a fun paint board where children were able to use their hands and feet to get creative, it sure was a memorable day! Messy play is a tactile experience that stimulates childrens' senses and assists in the development of hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

01.01.2022 Crazy Hair Day at Young Academics #GlenmorePark! Our children and staff styled and coloured their hair in all "crazy" ways as we, as a community, help to continue to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Thank you to everyone who joined in, we think you all had great hair days
