This can apply to all of us at any age, but if we can truthfully answer this at a young age and nurture that passion into a lifelong business, then the hard days will be easier and the great days will be amazing !! 09.01.2022 What was your first experience at understanding the value of money? For me at age 13 I wanted to go on a school trip overseas, and my parents asked me how I was going to pay for it! I was a bit taken a back that they were not going to pay, so with a little help from my mum I set up a horse riding school teaching kids after school and I saved and saved! Later that year I went to Italy for two weeks! When I came home I continued that business for another 5 years until we sold the farm and moved to QLD!! Share your story with us

Let me introduce Maddy a now 16 year old, who’s life consistent of not fitting in at school and hanging out with the wrong people. It was clear that her future may be heading down the wrong path but with a bit of encouragement and discussion about money she is now a Young and Resourceful young girl running her own business! Maddy is the owner of Boutique Boxes and is always looking for new ways to build and expand her business.
