11.01.2022 So as we all set New Years Resolutions and reflect on failed attempts in past years I have decided to embark on one again this year but with more determination than ever before plus outstanding support from an amazing team in Youngevity! So here it is 2019 I will be On a better heath journey to loose weight and overcome bad habits relating to food! I will be exercising daily I know right I gasped as I said that as I typed ... So I’m on Day 2 now and thought I would set up a group to document my journey if anyone wants to be apart of this with me let me know but I would love people to jump in my group to be my CHEER SQUAD! 04.01.2022 Testing out the Goodnight oil tonight on my little Sam as Bed time has been creeping out later and later..... I just rolled from big toe to heel and then rubbed it in. Sam seemed calmer after 10 minutes and he Went to bed within 30 mins. I’ll let you know how he feels in the morning!
