11.01.2022 August 2020 marked the launch of the Young Guns Academy, where 10 hand-selected candidates were put through their paces in the first steps of their journey of self-improvement. The focus for this first session was to identify each individuals’ purpose and passion, as they were asked to self-reflect on what makes them tick. The team were then exposed to Goal-Setting activities as well as how to create or amend habits that will assist them in achieving these goals. A positive... move forward in this exciting journey that will no doubt test and challenge this team to find their #BestVersion. 11.01.2022 We presented a jersey to our longest serving team member as a token of our appreciation for his time and dedication to our family. Whytey was a integral part of Young Guns, cracking many containers with Scott and Trent back in 2006. Parting ways in 2019 in pursuit of his BV, Whytey's legacy lives on in Young Guns with the annual 'Aaron Whyte Cup' dedicated to him and his beloved dogs, Frankie & Fraya....
