15.01.2022 Proper Clarence River Unicorn!!! Mulloway (Aboriginal meaning the greatest one) goals have been at the forefront of our fishing adventures over the last few years. We have had some pretty tough luck learning the hard way that to land these fish you have to tick all the boxes and be prepared. They are the elusive unicorn of the estuary for a reason. After a 45 minute fight @hcassell4 landed this beautiful fish on 15lb braid with 30lb leader. @wilson_fishing fishtrap deep in the throat.... Leader scuffed and barely hanging on. A few quick photos and this 110cm beast was released back into the water to fight another day. Words can not describe how stoked!!!!!!

04.01.2022 This fish almost ruined our GBR proposal. After a quick pic the Mackie went crazy and shook its head putting an extra large @mustadfishing treble through @sublimesportfishing guide Damons hand. We tried to remove the hook but it was lodged deep past the barb. Instead of heading to hospital, Damon decided to push on with our day. The rest of the day went to plan and it ended up being truly epic. Cheers @sublimesportfishing legendary effort
