20.01.2022 Well holidays are almost here for me. Just a quick reminder that the website will be closed from midnight tonight for 3-4 weeks. ( I will update you in the New Year exactly when) I will be on social media sporadically though and you can contact me via email for urgent order enquiries. Before I go I just want to personally thank you for the support you have shown me and my business this year. It goes with out saying that 2020 has been an unusual year full of uncertainty for mo...st of us. I'll be honest, in the lead up to launching my swimwear I was unsure how it would go. Would people want new swimwear when they weren't travelling far (or even at all!)? Would people choose to spend their money on other more important items? I was incredibly nervous when I launched but I decided to "go with the flow". Well the flow was a torrent and you guys blew my expectations out of the water! The love for my swimwear, hats and clothing, the beautiful comments and feedback plus the support you've shown have been amazing and I couldn't be more grateful. I also want you to know that when you buy from me you are supporting a lot of local businesses as well. With my swimwear in particular I use local businesses for EVERYTHING in the production process from fabric and labels to printing and sewing. Many of those businesses have found it tough over the COVID period. Some were even unsure whether they would recover. The fact is that by buying my swimwear you have allowed me to give all these people work which in turn has helped keep them in jobs and earning money. For that I am super grateful!! So with that said I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy New Year! See you in 2021!

06.01.2022 Hello lovely ladies, I’m sad to say these beauties - along with the rest of my ladies clothing range - will be retired from the website at the end of this week As much as I’ve enjoyed creating ladies clothing the time has come to close that chapter of Young Squad. ... My real passion is swimwear and I am keen to explore more products using stretch materials and Lycra. I will be keeping the hats though as they work so well with the direction I am taking. That said, I will be doing one last (small) release of clothing early in the new year as I’ve got a stash of fabulous fabric that can’t go to waste!
