23.01.2022 Double double toil and trouble. Bunsen burn and cook pot bubble. Raspberries, sugar, lemon juice. Cooking now for friendly use. Cool in jars and add the labels. Young's raspberry jam is delectable.

20.01.2022 Our black raspberry’s botanical name is Rubus Occidentalis. The family name is Rosaceae which is the same as strawberries and blackberries. Black raspberries look a lot like small blackberries. You can tell the difference because raspberries have a cupola or hollow centre. When picked blackberries have a solid stem attached to the core of the fruit, similar to mulberries.

Anthocyanins are molecules that neutralise free radicals (Kim, et al 2014). Cyan is Blue (yea). Anthrocyanins make fruits blue.
