20.01.2022 Today I was reminded about love and teamwork. A 91 year old gentleman came into my work today sure his wife had an appointment today. She didn’t. We called hospitals around the area and eventually the police. It turned out this gentleman was staying next door at the park Hyatt. We found his wife eventually and the manager, Leigh personally took the elderly gentleman to pick his wife up and reunite them both. What I learnt today: Love in trying times flourishes as love dra...ws love to it. Everyone at The Hyatt dropped everything to help this man Everyone at my work was making calls to find the hospital that this woman was in. This gentleman held my hand in his distressed and confused state and said. ‘We have to find her, she is more precious than gold’. They have been married for 50 years.
