25.01.2022 Celebrations of a life just beginning, a life lived in love and partnership, or of a life well-lived are the milestones scattered through our memories. Our celebrations are a mirror, reflecting who we are, who we love and who loves us. Tomorrow, I have the privilege of guiding these two beautiful people through their wedding ceremony as their celebrant and will have the absolute honour of pronouncing them as Happily Married before sending them into the world as Husband and Wife. Congratulations Kieren and Amanda and see you tomorrow!

24.01.2022 My office yesterday. It was an honour to officiate the marriage of Mel and Steve. It was a fantastic day with a great steam punk theme that coincided beautifully with Halloween! And speaking of acts of absolute honour, Steve has chosen to honour his beautiful bride by taking on Mel’s maiden name. Congratulations folks and best wishes from Suzy and me as you continue to forge your lives together as the newest Mr and Mrs Jordan!

23.01.2022 Today I have the privilege of giving these two beautiful ladies the legal equality they deserve when I officiate their marriage this afternoon. Congratulations Karen and Heather (Kaz and Hev).

07.01.2022 Remember, if any plans you may have had to get married in the next few months have been totally trashed, I would be happy to offer any couples who want to press ahead with an official wedding, a legals-only ceremony with yourselves, your witnesses and I. I would then be happy to perform a renewal-of-vows ceremony for your family and friends once this COVID-19 crisis is over. To help with your finances, I am prepared to break my fee into what BDM charges for the legals-only and the remainder of my fee will be due when we do the renewal-of-vows ceremony. So I will give you both ceremonies for no extra cost. Above all, stay safe and well and we will get through to the other side of this together.
