18.01.2022 PERMISSION TO honour how you feel ...I woke up like this... One of those mornings I actually woke feeling refreshed, ... well rested, my heart full, my body at ease, my mind free of worry or busyness, surrounded by love and in the arms of my most loved... Just a few weeks ago I looked and felt SO tired... drained from all the bts things, bloated and ‘heavy’ in all the ways as my feminine energy was calling me to STOP. And so I did... And I have had the most nourishing, connected, blissful moments ever since. Surrendering to my needs, trusting in the love and support of others around me and acknowledging and celebrating all that has been flowing through. Last quarter of the year... and what a year it has been. No matter what life throws your way, trust it’s for a reason that is for your greater good... Moments for you to choose better for you, experience deeper love and connection for yourself and others and to LIVE this life how you wish to... Own you YOUness Permission to honour you and your queen (and king) however you most need today... say yes, say no, say how you feel, sleep in, get up early, work out, rest, love, let go, laugh, cry... we need it all, it’s choosing and honouring what you most need when, that makes the difference.
