25.01.2022 Circumstances can been seen as both good or bad! Sometimes as an athlete you might find yourself in a circumstance which you didnt want to be in. Maybe youve ...got an injury or been forced to changed teams. Maybe life was tough where you grew up. Every circumstance always have some positive aspect to it, it just depends if you are looking for it or not. Many athletes blame their circumstances for why they have not been as successful as they hoped they would be. But really thats just an excuse. There are many examples of successful athletes coming from poverty, abuse, or a tough upbringing. They might not have been blessed with talent, been overlooked countless times. They might have suffered a injury, a setback or missed out on an important competition for any multiple reasons. Everyone has different experiences in life. Learn from yours and use them to your advantage. Dont let them define you, let them drive you! Sorry guys, but for the 2nd Thursday, its forecast for 39deg Tomorrow will run as follows: 6-6.45pm - Red Ball group... 6.45-7.30pm - Orange Ball group 7.30-8.30pm - Hiit Tennis Well modify red and orange groups so the kids arent tearing around but Im not modifying the Hiit group....... Were working on a plan for term 2 groups as large numbers not achievable at this stage, however we are permitted to coach 10 at the facility at a time so good management is crucial. 18.01.2022 Thursday Red/Orange groups Unfortunately the temperatures are forecast at 38deg tonight at 5pm and therefore we cant run the groups. If you would still like to get on the court this week, I will run a casual hit between 6.30-7.15 for all red/orange kids. This is not a make up lesson, just a run to keep you hitting!!

At Your Advantage Tennis Academy, we take your health and well-being seriously and want you to know we are doing all we are directed to do a...nd following all practices recommended. At coaching whether private or groups, we need to maintain practices such as 1.5 metre spacing between players and coaching staff, no hands on coaching, hand sanitisation, cleaning equipment, racket high 5s and if you are unwell, please STAY AWAY. The club rooms will be cleaned regularly. Thanks everyone

The guidelines are up on the whiteboard at Essex Park for all to read and comply before participating in their scheduled coaching/group session.
