25.01.2022 2020 sucks. And it’s kicked lots of people in the face, it’s hard to always see the positive and as a person who is inherently positive even I have found it tough. Today I challenge me and you to start the day with three things you are grateful for. Mine are 1. my boys, they are healthy and so full of life. 2. Our home and where we live there is no other place I would rather be. 3. My mind, it’s strong and has helped me achieve some incredible health goals this year. What are your three?
