24.01.2022 Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body is to allow time to heal and recover. This can be physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually or all of the above. This 'time' you give yourself is just so important because without it re-injury can occur, re-trigger of thought patterns & behaviours can occur & re-engaging in past states of being & consciousness can occur. It's all a process of ebb & flow for which we are all on a unique journey to explore. There will be g...reat bold triumphs & lesson learning lows along the way, but it's all connected to the big picture! Physically after 7wks of a groin injury, I was able to run again (only 2km) but it's a start! My question of thought today is~~~ If you knew that failure was not even on the table, what would you whole heartedly give yourself permission to achieve or heal???? Happy Wednesday See more
