07.01.2022 Fortunate to be living in a part of the world where I was back to running face-to-face workshops yesterday... Which meant ditching the leggings and slippers for facilitating workshops and wearing professional clothes instead... Tights and comfy boots seemed a good enough compromise ;)

01.01.2022 Always reduce overwhelm by breaking your tasks down... ;) In all seriousness, it's a strategy that works (aside from the bit about ignoring the small bits). However, sometimes just walking away and taking a mental break helps too. Just remember to go back to the bits!
