12.01.2022 Sipping on my lazy "Green" smoothie before heading into the pool in a bit to cool off. On a day like today, you want a cold drink, but can't be bothered to make a complicated smoothie or go get some ingredients you don't have on hand. This is perfect for those days - only 2 ingredients, other than water, & it's refreshing, healthy & easy. Combine 1 1/2 cups of filtered water, 3 cups fresh spinach leaves & 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries in a blender. Blend until smooth & enjoy. I enjoy it just like this, but if you like it a little sweeter you can add the juice from 1 orange or a little honey.

Focus on drinking a little more water and no need to eat ice to keep you full. Eating ice won't keep you full for long either. 01.01.2022 Hope everyone is enjoying their morning and having a good breakfast. Last week I was running behind a few mornings. I didn't have time to cook, but I can never skip breakfast without becoming a crazy person before 10am, so I grabbed a quick Greek yoghurt and ate a banana dipped in a tablespoon of peanut butter on top. Another day I ate leftover homemade fried rice from dinner. What is your go- to "I am running so late" breakfast or the craziest thing you have eaten for breakfast?
