22.01.2022 What a good idea Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best

22.01.2022 Story of how we started and why! The why is easy, I got sacked!! In 2014 I started in a new recruitment company and was sacked 4 weeks in!! (They didn't need an extra person in the tiny office). Off to Centrelink I went (soul destroying) ... Mortgage and car repayments, applying for jobs I didn't want, little money & very afraid So I started cleaning, special rates of $10 per hr, cleaning disgusting bathrooms and driving wherever i could get work. Anyway a friend told me about the New Enterprise Initiative Scheme. I applied and got accepted after doing a business plan and completing Cert 4 in Small Business Management. Rachel's Domestic Angels officially started 20/11/2014. NEIS paid you $250 for 9 months on top of whatever you earned so I started delivering flyers and brought on my first Angel (Ruby) and we grew and grew. Gst registered within 6 months and the rest, as they say, is history Who would have thought getting sacked would have helped me have such a wonderful work/life balance & a job I thoroughly enjoy. Nike is getting ready for stage two of redundancies. AirBnb founder says that due to the pandemic, 12 years of effort have been destroyed in 6 weeks. ... Starbucks has announced the permanent closure of 400 stores. And the list goes on... Five months of the pandemic have created many debts, many friends and family are out of work, jobless and tens of thousands of businesses are out of business. If the company you work in continues, without pay reduction or dismissal, treat it well. We face a pandemic that cannot be controlled. 2020 is survival, leave aside daily complaints and anything, stop moaning and be grateful and responsible for what you have." 03.01.2022 I have amazing clients and Angels ... Check this out. 1 Angel messaged last Monday to say she couldn't work last week (been with me over 3yrs never happened before, so a bit worried). Client (also been with me for years) paid for the clean she never had, as a thank you to her for all the great work she does. How lovely is that?

01.01.2022 I'm not a big fan of cleaning wipes, but these are great just to keep the inside clean. Easy to use on a weekly basis.
