24.01.2022 What is progressive overload It is not just about lifting heavy . #bretcontreras1 a well respected trainer explains it in a very clear and simple manner . ... 21.01.2022 HELLO HELLO . CURRENTLY SUFFERING FROM KNEE INJURY = MINOR MENISCUS TEAR. After a well deserved break in Spain and Italy , I am back . ... I am back to doing what I do best, EXERCISE FOR GOOD HEALTH . So, while I was partying in Spain I injured my knee . Due to this I cannot perform Squats (only body weight) deadlifts or any lifts that puts pressure on my knee . However, the worst thing I can do now is not train, as the muscles around my knee will never get stronger and delay the healing process. I need to strengthen the muscles around my knee area to help take the pressure of my knees, as I conduct my daily activities . HIP THRUST = is an amazing workout, it does not put much pressure on my knee but works my quads, glutes and surrounding muscle groups . if you suffer from an injury seek professional help and work around the injury rather than using this as an excuse to quit . We never quit to look after our health . We all have one gift and that is your health . Adios team Your Fitness Guru.

02.01.2022 On holidays right now (Europe ) Right now we are travelling around Europe but we are not using this as an excuse to neglect our health . We wake up early look after ourselves first and the start out day. ... We also do not take this as an excuse to eat junk food. Remember 80% clean and 20% indulgence . We also need to treat ourselves, because that's why we train . The harder you train , there is more room to fit in those calories . Travelling and/or other commitments is not an excuse to thrown away months of hard work . Train smart and not hard . Adios Your Fitness Guru
