07.01.2022 A project I’m very proud to have been associated with. Cacao Cafe Potts Point is now open for business!! They have spent more than 12 months researching and developing to deliver their unique customer experience. Alan and his team have not left any detail to chance, engaging experts from every field: design, build, equipment selection (supply & maintenance), operations, menu development & supply chain, coffee, marketing, customer service and the most important ingredient, cacao. It will take a few weeks, but I’m looking forward to stopping in to enjoy their breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and dessert from time to time!!
