20.01.2022 Day 3 - Pro Series ph360 - Chronobiolgy. One of the more profound things to understand is the idea that everything occurs in the same order at different magnitudes of time. I.e. An easy way to think about the year is seasonally, the day also has these seasons. The morning is matched with Spring, Midday with Summer (highest heat), Afternoon/Evening with Autumn and Night time with Winter. When it comes to blood sugar control, we see an increase in insulin release in both spring... and the morning period. While insulin release is lower in the afternoon/evening and autumn. Both of these phenomena have very important reasons, and will have a different function for different genotypes! The way our body moves through the day, the week, month, and the season, and even through 7 year life cycles is mirrored in each of the layers - all of these phases have a huge influence on our health and what to do when!

For example, the breathing rate slows down from the normal twelve breaths per minute to about six breaths per minute. The depth of each breath is also reduced. The heart rate slows down too.
