24.01.2022 What’s your choice of spiritual inner self care medicine today? I was drawn to my journal today - journaling is such a soothing activity for me and I so often forget about it ( even with my sacred beatific inviting journal sitting right next to my bed on my side table). I love writing and I still often write handwritten letters to people and very often they feel more like a therapy for me. But even if you are not a writer or journaler I do encourage you to carve some time... and space and try it sometimes - just fir the fun of it. It’s just such a different energy to write things down as opposed to just think of them or talk about them with someone.
