21.01.2022 UPDATE from our Happy Heisig Homeowners - CHARLES CANTY DR, WELLINGTON POINT I contacted Heisig constructions after they were recommended by a family member who spoke very highly of them and after doing my own due diligence. ... My partner and I were first home builders so we were looking for that little bit of extra guidance, transparency and open lines of communication between us and the team. We were certainly not disappointed!! From the initial enquiry phone calls/ emails with Steve Heisig in March 2019 to handover in March 2020, we were looked after with the upmost care. The build process was very smooth and as a result was comfortably completed within the timeframe discussed in the planning phase. Any questions or queries we had were always answered ASAP by either our legend of a site supervisor, the lovely and knowledgeable office team or even directly with the suppliers. We are absolutely stoked with the quality of our finished Heisig home and look forward to many years of enjoying it with our friends and family. 18.01.2022 TWO HANDOVERS IN ONE DAY! Handover #1 NADINE ST, GRACEVILLE Denis & Elsa lived in the original home on this property for 35+ years before deciding to demolish and rebuild. ... Faced with some challenges including a sewer main located on the land which needed to be considered in the design, the property was also located within a Flood Zone requiring a minimum habitable floor level of 9.7. The Hesig Team accepted these challenges and together with Site Supervisor, Myles Arber, we were thrilled to be able to hand over the keys to our owners, who love their new home (they now have a view to the City).
