20.01.2022 Yourhub's Fixed Wireless in Townsville has been experiencing slower than normal speeds since Friday due to technical issues at the Brisbane Data Centre. 16.01.2022 Currrent NBN Outage Affecting Queensland Customers - 16/04/2020 09:32 AEST We have identified the outage is due to an trunk fibre cable cut. Field technicians are already at the site. Tentative ETR is 6 hours. ... 16/04/2020 12:05 AEST We have identified the outage is due to a fibre cut around the Moorooka, QLD area. NBN fibre crew have arrived on site and are currently evaluating the situation. Conduits encased in concrete are required to be exposed which will extend the time required for repairs. No ETR is available at this time. Further updates will be provided within the next 2 hours. 16/04/2020 14:18 AEST NBN technicians identified additional conduits that have been damaged. Assessment works are ongoing at the site. Cable hauling to start at 6pm AEST tentatively, and tentative ETR is 9pm AEST. Further updates will be provided within the next 4 hours.

06.01.2022 Date: 27th February,2020 Yourhub Fixed Wireless network is currently experiencing Major outages due to a direct lightening strike during an electrical storm which occured at 2pm on 27th February, 2020. As a result it severely damaged our installation on Mt Stuart. We are working frantically to restore the services as soon as possible. Currently there is no ETR on the restoration however we are looking to get some sort of service back up and running from Mt Stuart during the weekend. 03.01.2022 Choice IT Australia (Yourhub) would like to take this opportunity to apoligise for the service interruptions experienced since Friday. As previously advised there is a major interruption at the Brisbane Data Centre and as much as we have tried to have the issue rectified it appears that they are not very active over the weekends. Rest assured we will be addressing this first thing Monday morning to ensure this is not only rectified but does not happen again. The only reason ...you currently have a connection is due to Yourhub's redundancy service which is adequate short outages but not so much for lengthy outage and does struggle for the number of clients that we currently have. In addition to the above we realise that we have not been able to contact all of our customers that have rung in due to the sheer volume of customers that we have. Some have received calls back however the most efficient way to communicate during this outage is via Facebook or our website at www.yourhub.com.au.
