22.01.2022 It is easy to determine hate speech when it is so vile that it repulses you. I believe that we need to be more aware of the insidious prejudicial hate language against any and all, for we are one race /group /culture /religion /social group /country /nation. We are human. What hurts one, hurts us all. It is time for each one of us to hold our own self accountable, as well as others. Let us not sanctioned inappropriate words designed to harm and destroy others by being silent. It starts in our own circle of contacts. Don't be quiet around gossip, or put-downs of others or negative/toxic talk of any kind to any one. Have courage and speak up. Words are amazingly powerful. Use them to build a better world.

05.01.2022 When you are choosing your team most of us will choose people that seem similar to us.... Don't. You need a diverse group of people with differing strengths, talents, wisdoms and knowing. That is when the synergy of many becomes a powerful unit. Not only do great leaders choose diverse people to be their team members, they then invest in each member learning and growing in different ways that move each of them into their fullest potential.... I have no doubt that you have come across great leaders in your life, some close, some distant. Today, reflect on what you have learnt from them, and check out whether you are putting it into practice.

04.01.2022 I think that most people would agree that what we choose as the values we live by are integral to everything we do, say, think. Yet there are many who may not have had the opportunity to acknowledge what our values are, or haven't done that in a very long time. Today I invite you to check out your values. 02.01.2022 Even when you think you don't, you always have a choice. What are you staring at which seems an obstacle or impasse to what you think or what to do? Try looking at if from another perspective and perhaps you will see different choices to be had.
