20.01.2022 A very valuable course for everyone!

13.01.2022 There is always a reason why we decide to walk away from something that isn't healthy. Sometimes it is for others, sometimes it is for us, sometimes it is for everyone involved. Whichever it is.. is the perfect decision, because innately we make these choices based on our best judgements. Come to peace with it, smile, lift your head, and walk towards a brighter future. Whilst you are walking, it may take some time to see the light, but don't stop.. look deep within for the tiniest bit of strength that you have left, and use it well. You can make it, you will make it... you are exactly where you are meant to be.

04.01.2022 The first and worst place we lose our footing is in our own heads. If you think it’s permanent, then it’s permanent. If you think you’re broken, then you are. If you think you’ve reached your limits, then you have. If you think you’ll never heal and grow, then you won’t. You have to change your mind. You need to see everything that’s holding you back, every obstacle, and every limitation as only temporary. Because that’s the truth. It’s always possible to go on, no matter how... impossible it seems. In time, the grief (the lessons) may not go away completely, but after awhile it’s not so overwhelming. So breathe You’re going to be OK. Remember that you’ve been in this place before. You’ve been this uncomfortable and restless and afraid, and you’ve survived. Take another breath and know that you can survive this time too. These feelings can’t break you. They’re painful and draining, but you can sit with them and eventually, they will pass. Maybe not immediately, but sometime soon they’re going to fade, and when they do you’ll look back at this moment and laugh for having doubted your resilience.

03.01.2022 Emotionally stable people respond mindfully. A reaction is a hot, thoughtless, in-the-moment burst of emotion that’s usually driven by our ego (we’re more likely to react when we’re disconnected from our rational mind). It might last just a split second before our intuition kicks in and offers some perspective, or it might take over to the point that we act on it.... When we feel angry or flustered after dealing with a situation or person, that’s a sign we’ve reacted rather than responded mindfully. Responding mindfully will leave you feeling like you handled things with integrity and poise.
