13.01.2022 2020 served up some serious s**t. If you managed to survive the zombie apocalypse, human-sized wasps, acid rain and are still standing now then congratulations! I've been doing a lot of growing myself; as a person and as a coach. I'm ready now to launch my next project in 2021 and I reckon it could help you move a barrier or two blocking in your path to getting what you really, really want.... Lockdown taught me that you don't need a gym or a personal trainer to get fit or lose weight - you just need a coach who is curious enough to understand what makes you tick and work with you to make some small changes which make sense with your lifestyle. January 2021 I'm launching a 12 week jump start program. It's designed to dip your toes into a less invasive way of transforming over 12 weeks. If you've ever entered a gym-based challenge in the past you'd know it involved a lot of cardio and not a lot of carbs. Did it work for you? Was it sustainable? Did you enjoy it? I'm not into quick fixes, carb-free diets, aimless burpees and a list of rules to obey. If you've tried a 12 week program in the past but was left worse off I urge you to try a different approach. And it fires me up Coaches typically give a hoot about your safety over Instagram stories. ... They use filming as a method of feedback as opposed to shameless self promotion. (This clippy was part of a video I used to help the Client self Assess her depth and form) They make personal training PERSONAL: Your results are for you, not for my next 21 day challenge plug. If you are paying good money for a feature on someone else's social media - ditch the trainer and demand a coach. I'm here for YOU.

05.01.2022 "Be brave enough to suck at something new" This is the mantra I'm taking with me in 2021. The "I'm not good enough and therefore I won't try it" story you've been holding onto for decades. ... "I just want to get a bit more fit and then I'll start PT" "I can't do yoga I'm not flexible enough" "I'm too old for competitive sport" These stories keeps you safe and comfortable. But that's not where change happens. You won't get good enough until you bloody well start. What are you going to suck at next year??

01.01.2022 How do you define fitness? I usually don't pip up about this sorta stuff but if you electively slide into my DMs I just can't help myself. Apparently this photo reel of 6 bikini clad images defines fitness, motivation and personal growth... ... Problem is it doesn't show me how she achieved this body. What she eats, spends her time and how she moves... A great quote I read recently was this: Want to test your fitness? 1. Stand in front of a mirror 2.Take your clothes off 3. Put your damn clothes back on 4. Now move that couch to the other side of the room. That pretty much defines fitness for me What is your definition of fitness?
