At Your Party Helper we can help with whatever you need like; organise drinks, prep and hand out food, keep everything tidy, do the dishes, make sure the bathrooms are tidy and stocked, clean up that drink spill, take out the rubbish, clean up at the end of the event, etc. ... 20.01.2022 What a beautiful day! I am heading out to Country Victoria today for Bec and Andy’s wedding. Your Party Helper has been hired to manage the middle portion of their big day between the ceremony in the park and the reception at a nearby venue. For this part, guests will spend a couple of hours enjoying drinks and platters at the local croquet club. Stay tuned for details of all that I helped out with. I hope your Saturday is going great! 13.01.2022 So, March 2020 was an unfortunate time to start an events based business in Melbourne! But, we are back! Some versions of gatherings are now allowed and I can’t wait to get back amongst the joy and celebrations. Today, I am off to Coady’s 4th birthday party. My job - make sure the hosts get to have a good time and relax with their guests. I will look after the majority of the food, drinks, tidying, clean up, issues that pop up and hang with the kids if it’s needed. I can’t wait! I really love this work.

12.01.2022 What an awesome wedding! I love the vibe at weddings, so joyful and this wedding definitely didn’t disappoint! My job for the day involved managing the middle portion between the ceremony and reception. My tasks included... - Making sure the display of drinks and platters were ‘insta-worthy’. I didn’t actually get any shots of the end result as I was so busy - thank you to Shea for sending these snippets through to me! - Making sure that the groom’s families sparkling rosè ...was the star of the show. - Getting drinks, platters and glasses out to the display tables and making sure they were all cold enough and that the back up stock was all ready to go. - Carefully time it so that I had freshly poured 80 glasses of sparkling so that people could grab as soon as they walked in from the ceremony. - And then the pace really got going. Top ups, keep the place tidy (no one wants empty beer bottles or glasses or scrunched up serviettes in the back of their photos!), back up drinks/crackers/glasses/water jug refills all brought out, keep an eye on the bathrooms etc. - Then as the party left to head to the reception, the clean up began. 10.01.2022 Hey there! This is me - Dani - and I can be Your Party Helper. I have always loved events and gatherings of all sorts. I love the vibe, joy and energy of people coming together to have some fun or for a common cause. I am always the last person to leave any event I attend as honestly, I just really love them! Even when I am not working, I am known to lend a hand to the host with their hosting duties and I am the best person (ha!) to go away with as I am always pottering ar...ound and keeping things tidy. I actually like it! I really love this work. I love making sure that hosts and guests alike have everything they need and get to have a really good time! There are so few times you get to be surrounded by your favourite people, you should absolutely enjoy it and not be washing dishes or warming up sausage rolls! 01.01.2022 Today I am off to a 6th birthday party. The twin birthday boys are SUPER excited to start school this year so the dress up theme for the party matches their excitement. The party is a few doors down from the host’s home in a local park so my job will involve a bit of running back and forward so the hosts don’t have to. Can’t wait!
