23.01.2022 A huge thank-you and shout out today to Sam from Southern TILE - Architectural & Design Studio. We’ve just done a Builders Warranty Insurance claim for one of our amazing clients and we needed the matching tiles ASAP. I walked in the doors of Southern Tile at 2.50pm (unknowingly, they close at 3.00pm). Sam did everything possible to make sure I had the tiles I needed for this Wednesday. He called around, got me the best deal, arranged delivery and we were all done by 3.10pm. It makes me proud to shop local when I receive great service. 10.01.2022 Regardless of people’s Halloween opinions, there is something lovely about seeing the children and families on the streets with with laughter & smiles (& giant buckets of lollies!!). Today was such a fun occasion for our YPM team. A chance to stop for a short time on a busy day to join in some neighbourly / community fun. So many children said ‘thank you’ for the treats they received and I am pretty sure we had as much fun as they did (especially when the YPM crew got their hands on the water pistols). 07.01.2022 Tonight I am so grateful for these gorgeous flowers & cuddly bunny from super kind clients! It’s not about the gift itself, but more about what it represents to me personally as a business owner. I’ve put my heart and soul in to delivering great service to our clients for the last 11 years and a small gesture like this means so much . This last week has without a doubt been one of the toughest weeks in business EVER (and I know many of my industry colleagues will re...late). It has felt like 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. I can’t get through my work because the phone rings non-stop. I come home to start my day at 9pm!! But, today and every day I am grateful to own and run a GREAT business. 05.01.2022 **Summer Pool Safety Announcement** In Victoria, evidence suggests rental property residents are at greater risk of experiencing a backyard pool drowning. Kidsafe Victoria encourages Property Managers to conduct regular checks of pool barriers and gates, to ensure that they are in proper working condition, however, when you are renting a property, it is still vitally important to check the safety of your pool area.... Kidsafe also encourages Property Managers to provide tenants with resources to assist them in keeping the backyard pool or spa area safe (including inflatable pools) & that’s something we do here at Your Property Manager.
