24.01.2022 I learnt from my friend Angela Negro from Queen of Possible the concept of parallel goals. It is amazing how often when we strive in a couple of key areas in our life they will propel at the same time. It is like the old saying ... what we focus on grows. I faced up to the truth that in order for me to have a really a successful & sustainable business, I had to make some significant changes to my health & fitness. I began my health improvement journey last year, but have real...ly ramped it up this year. I have stopped drinking alcohol since the end of January, been quite strict with following my meal plans & been consistent in my training. I knew that if I wanted the energy I needed to build my business I had to make these changes. The good news is that while my health is improving so is my business, this is where the parallel concept comes in. Each day I get stronger, my mindset improves and consequently my business starts to bloom. This morning a group of ladies in my program went to the Melbourne iconic 1000 Steps walk. While my fitness & knee are not yet ready to walk the 1000 steps I still walked the steep and gruelling tracks next to the steps. I felt proud to be out of bed on a Saturday morning enjoying the warm sunny morning. Yes, I have a long road ahead of me, but I am thrilled with the progress I have already made. I will get up those steps soon and it will represent another milestone in my journey. 14.01.2022 Earlier in the week I shared that I was the Narrator in the Your Next Chapter Community Facebook Group. It has been such an amazing week filled with deep and insightful conversations. I have become aware of some areas in my life and business that need some love and acceptance and I am so grateful for this alone. I also had the opportunity to connect with some wonderful next chapter women nurturing relationships that I know will enrich my life.... 12.01.2022 Yesterday I bought myself this mini orchid to acknowledge the success I have had in my life & business this week. .. If you read my post earlier this week I shared how easily I dismiss any praise or success. I am aware that it is a direct correlation with my self worth, which is something I am always working on. .. I want this to change.... I want to anchor myself into my sacred success. .. This week I signed up three new clients and had the best week in my business to date. .. On a personal front I pulled out two pairs of pants that were super tight six months ago and they slipped on easily. I am getting great results with my health & fitness which is so encouraging. .. 10.01.2022 A few weeks ago I attended a dance class on a Friday morning. It was a NIA dance which is a blend of dance, healing practices & martial arts. I walked away on such a high just like Tara did after her dance class. But life has gotten in the way and I haven’t been back. It is amazing how we push aside what brings such joy & vitality as Tara goes into deeper in this great article. I am going back on Friday and I am really looking forward to it. 08.01.2022 Earlier this week I got the opportunity to attend my 4th Retreat with Angela Raspass - Your Next Chapter.This is the third year I have been part of one of her Mastermind Circles and one of the highlights is getting together in person a couple of times a year. This year I am in a new Circle of five women and this Retreat there was eight of in total. To be honest I was a little apprehensive as well as excited of course because I hadn't met any of these women before. The past fe...w days was the perfect representation of International Women's Day for me. We even had the gorgeous Wendy travel over from Wales, so it was even International. It was eight deeply passionate women each on a crusade to make the world a better place in their own way. We all have a dream and the fact that we can be there to help bring that to life is what a circle of women is all about. We also have the same fears, self doubt and concerns about whether we can truly make a difference, but I know deep within my heart that collectively the ripple effect is felt in each corner of the globe. I am so proud to be a woman in 2018. To be one of the brave ones who is walking a path that is not always easy, but knowing that every step I take is making a difference. 08.01.2022 Happy Long Weekend for my fellow Victorians! This week I am really looking forward to stepping up into the role of Narrator for the Your Next Chapter Facebook Group which is hosted by Angela Raspass - Your Next Chapter. We are talking about SACRED SUCCESS and what it looks and feels like for us in our businesses.... This is a little snippet of my post from this morning... Today SACRED SUCCESS means to me a few things: + Being able to stop in the moment and know that I am doing the best I can given the circumstances that surround me and feeling content in this feeling. + Having clarity in my vision. For most of the past 12 years I haven't had a sense of clarity, there was always that niggle of a feeling that something was quite right. + Being surrounded by amazing women in business who are also in alignment with my vision. + Knowing the next steps I need to take to bring my vision to life, no matter how big or small. They all add up in the end. I know at times I have made the concept of SUCCESS so big that it would never be attainable. It doesn't have to be defined by how much money we make, how many people on our list or even how many clients we have. All that matters is what it feel like for you. Getting testimonials from clients and customers can sometimes be hard as everyone is so busy, but why not encourage them to leave you a 5 Star Review that you can then recreate as a testimonial for your website or to use in Social Media. An easy way to get the ball rolling is to leave one on your clients or customers pages and I am sure they will kindly reciprocate.... Sarah xxx

06.01.2022 The kids & I are on a road trip in NSW visiting my family. We arrived at my sisters on Good Friday, spending the Easter Weekend with my sisters & Mum and then yesterday we jumped back into the car and headed 3 hours North to the Central Coast to spend a few days with my Dad. Then on the weekend we are back into Sydney staying at my brothers. I will be spending the next few days getting on top of my clients work, but I don’t mind with a view like this. 05.01.2022 I posted on Wednesday that I would pop up a photo of my after my dance class today. So here it is! I am with my teacher Angela. I even managed a high bun now my hair has grown. This is my second Nia Class & I am hooked. Nia is a cardio movement practice, incorporating dance, martial arts and healing arts. 05.01.2022 It is time for a new folder for my ‘Bloom with Sarah’ Inner Circle Clients. Even though I used Google Docs to keep track & communicate with my Clients, I still like to have a hard copy of my monthly Content Strategy Plans. I am so in love with my new branding and I can’t wait to finish updating my website and this page with all my new services.... As I say to my clients and often have to remind myself....baby steps! 03.01.2022 Today in the Your Next Chapter Facebook Group, this weeks Narrator Larissa Halls - Everyday Inspiration Coaching asked an interesting question. What is the one most dominant thought that holds you back from really moving into an expansive state of creation in your next chapter? I really love how my friend Lin expands on this in her life and that the underlying thing she craves is CONNECTION.... I truly believe that Connection to ones self and then with others is the tonic that will help us become the version of ourselves that we hope to be. My response to this question was firstly 'I am not enough' but also around failure. 'You have failed in the past, so why would you succeed now'. That is why I love this quote so much.... Failure become victories if they make us wise-hearted. Such a lovely way to re-frame the meaning of failure in our lives. Sarah xxx
