18.01.2022 Welcome to Your Safe Haven!!! I wanted to create a safe space for everyone, because I know these days not many people have that place to call home or where they can feel safe. So hiii my names Tiana Mizzi for those who don’t know me, T for short. I’m still figuring out how to run a page so bare with me! Helping people out of the dark and giving that helping hand is so important to me, so if I can help just one person find their light I will be happy. I’ll be posting all things positive and motivational. If you’re having any trouble you can come to this page and express how you’re feeling without any judgment. Or if you don’t wanna share how you’re feeling you can private message me! My goal is to motivate so many of you angels and basically just guide yous through any hardships and for yous to find your light. I love you all



09.01.2022 Learning how to not let your emotions get in the way of reality can be a struggle. Learning how to feel all the hurt but still needing to stay sane. Sitting with your emotions, feeling every inch of sadness running through your body, from head to toe. Crying in your room to then going out needing to socialise with your family, is fucking hard. Emotions are hard, feeling that raw ache in your young little heart is hard to deal with. A few little tips for dealing with emotion -... sit with your feelings, cry it all out, tell yourself how you’re feeling and ask yourself how you can fix it. The thing is, when you come to terms with how you’re feeling, you’re a step closer to thinking of a solution. Meditate - breathe in the positive, breathe out the negative ( breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 and release 8 seconds ). Journal, write till you can’t feel your hands. Dance, make your energy come alive. Open a window and push all that fucking negativity outttttt. It’s okay to feel, emotion is what makes you human. Don’t let it get in the way of you living though, stay present. See more

06.01.2022 SELF CARE FOR BAD DAYS!!! It’s hard to get up and do something when we are having bad days, but it is also important to try your hardest to look after yourself while not doing so well. So I’ve made a list for you angels so it’s somewhat easier to handle the bad days. I will post more about these topics one by one and give you guys little tips on them. Looking after yourself should be your number one priority



04.01.2022 You know anything’s possible, like every single little thing ever. You think you can’t do something or be who you want to be? No no think again. You have a vision right? If you can see it, you can have it in your hands, only if you believe. You attract whatever your mind is thinking about, positive or negative the universe hears your thoughts and literally brings your mind to life. So just make sure you’re always thinking of what you actually want in life and or how you want ...your life to be. We often don’t realise that every little thought counts, so if you catch yourself in a bad thought or talking to yourself in a negative way pleaseeee switch it asap like woahhhhh hold up, I can achieve this and I will reach the highest of highs and I am the fucking shittttt.
