02.01.2022 What a week. Having spent a few days absorbing what's going on I am ready for action. For the last 5 years I have worked with people who are changing jobs daily, often helping them get back on their feet when they lose their jobs and their confidence. Losing your job and your income is really scary and de-stablilising. Most people haven't had to apply for jobs for years and don't know the basics of how the market even works these days. One key thing people need to know is wha...t to focus on so they can feel some sense of control. Here's a blog I wrote a while back with some good tips. This situation is obviously really different in its mass scale and unknown timeframe and I will be publishing more insight as things evolve and become clearer.
