07.01.2022 Garramilla Boulevard, the new entrance to Darwin city, is now open. Sterling NT is proud to have delivered the landscaping for this iconic project which is the largest landscaping package carried out in the Territory to date. Creating the new streetscape with shaded pedestrian pathways and cycle links involved the planting of 40,000 new plants. In addition to this, nineteen 30-year-old trees were relocated from Knuckey Lagoon to the site creating much-needed shade and immediate amenity. The Sterling Grounds team has now commenced with the maintenance of the site’s gardens and public spaces to ensure they flourish into the future.
