21.01.2022 A Massive Thank You To My Team Dear Brittney, Janine, Sharon, Chloe & Caitlyn It's so important that you all know how important you are to me and Yours Truly.... 2019 has been a great year and with all your hard work we made it amazing. To have a team like mine beside me working hard day in and out has been awesome and I am so grateful for all your hard work. With most of you on leave, going on leave today I wanted to wish you the most happiest of Christmas's and New Year. Stay Safe, be happy and enjoy your well deserved time off. 21.01.2022 Dear valued clients and friends, I hesitated emailing as I am sure your inboxes are full with information, approaches and queries to the epidemic Australia is facing with the COVID-19 virus. I decided to write to you not to give you information and changes to Yours Truly as for us there is no change, we are fortunate to be in an industry where we continue without change, however I know and see on a daily bases how much businesses and people alike are heavily impacted and how ...the concerns and ‘what if’s’ rapidly grow. Across many sectors of businesses that we work with I have already seen heavily impacted businesses make plans and prepare, and rightly so, our business, customer and clients mean everything to us. I am writing to let you know in this time of uncertainty you can be certain that we are here for you. Right here, doing what we can to assist as always. Whatever you need that we can do to alleviate any stress, or help in anyway the Yours Truly team are here. These are trying times, and the stress levels are high, tempers short and compassion limited - it’s a time to work together and be supportive - Yours Truly are here to offer that. 17.01.2022 HAPPY NEW YEAR!! It is hard to believe that 2019 is done and dusted and that 2020 is upon us! From all of us at Yours Truly Services, we have enjoyed working with you this past year and thank you for the trust you hold in us.... We hope that you have had a chance during the holidays to spend time with friends and family, to laugh and indulge in treats and to do the things you love the most. We are excited about what the year ahead will hold, and look forward to working with you again in the New Year. From all of us at Yours Truly, we look forward to making 2020 a year of amazing accomplishments and success.

17.01.2022 To all colleagues, clients and friends I hope everyone is going well and you’re seeing the light at the end of the tunnel of these hard times, we are all hoping to see it sooner than later. From one business owner to another I just wanted to say hi, hope you are doing well but most importantly to remind you, through all your chaotic times that YOU matter, and your mental health... Covid has forced our freak out, the challenges of maintaining our staff, work flows, finances while still the overheads that never change, one of the most gut wrenching feeling is our business aka our babies we have worked so hard to build and then crumble, what we are experiencing is heartbreaking. At the end of the day I know you all through working with you in your business and at the end of this we will be okay, and whatever steps you need to be greater then before don’t forget you have the Yours Truly Team right here to help you. It’s important to us that we never become a ‘call centre’ and have limited spots for our 2020 clients, we are fortunate to say that these spots avail are only avail as we have helped clients move into full reception needed in house Take the plunge, you won’t look back!

09.01.2022 A really important cause to the Yours Truly Team that we hold close to our hearts. Mitochondrial is a terrible disease that has taken lives too soon. The effect Mito has on the bodies of these poor children making them very tired and not having enough energy to maintain a healthy life is heart breaking to see... I would love for all our friends and clients to wear your pjs today if working from home. the Yours Truly team will be supportive and dressing in our pjs this Friday.. join us?

04.01.2022 Yours Truly is here for anyone we can help. We offer full reception services and have a combined experience of 30+ years working remotely it is what we do. This is a trying time where people are readjusting, changing and yes scraping for their business to survive. The readjustment in itself to working remotely can be hard enough let alone the decline in business we all feel. Yours Truly want to help, we are right here standing by for all our clients ready for when you need... us. We are accustomed to making every minute count for our businesses and we only charge when the need for work is there, there is the reassurance that as you see a decline in calls or work load you don’t need to be paying for full time back up if there is no work there is no charge though you still have the confidence that we are on standby for when that one call that comes through it will be answered. I personally feel responsible and determined to ensure that each and every client I have never feels alone or unsupported at this time, we are right here for you, please remember that.If you know of a friend or fellow businessperson that needs our support please pass on my details no one has to do this alone.
