20.01.2022 I have a confession to make. I often share how you need documentation in your business, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals is one of the things I do for my clients in the Unshakable Business series. My clients love it and they all rave about how it makes their business life easier - it tells them exactly how to perform specific actions and they can stop worrying about breaking their backend. ... And yet, I don’t have this in my business! I have systems and processes, i.e. I know how to do everything in my business without reinventing the wheel every single time. BUT I haven’t written down how to do all of it. If it’s something that I know I won’t do regularly enough to remember, I’ll spend time writing down how to do it or record a video of myself doing it, so that: I don’t have to spend hours recreating a process I already have created I am consistent in the way I perform the task I don’t miss any steps But everything else? It’s taking up space in my head right now, and like many of my clients before we start working together, it’s something I’ve put on the back burner. I know I want to grow my business and hire a support team soon. So, one of my goals is to document those processes between now and the end of the year to make onboarding my future team members painless! What’s your business confession?

09.01.2022 Everything changed for me 18 months ago. I was in a workshop as part of a soulful mastermind, and during a session on all things processes and systems, I thought this is my superpower! I wanted to be a Business Systems Strategist so I could support my sisters to delight their customers, create flow and space, and spend their time doing what lights them up...while I help them streamline and automate all the ‘tech’ that drains them.... But instead, I was a Business Analyst working on a CRM project for a large Australian company. So I quit my job and decided to start my business. Now 18 months later, I’m helping healers, coaches and heart-centred entrepreneurs to streamline and systemise their business so that they can catapult their launches and build their business in a big way. Every day I get to: Work with amazing clients who are changing the world. Watch the ocean while I work (check out photo #2) Cuddle my bunnies whenever I take a break (check out photos #3 & #4 ) What do you love most about being your own boss?

08.01.2022 15 years ago today, I landed in Sydney. My journey started many years before that when I had a dream. I don’t recall it, but I remember saying to my Dad the next morning: I want to go to Australia to see koalas and kangaroos . ... I forgot about that dream for a while, but somehow it came back to me, and one day I decided I wanted to move to Sydney. I didn’t realise what it actually meant to move to the other side of the world until after I arrive. I sat on my bed after sending a message to my parents to let them know I had just settled in. And that’s when it finally dawned on me What had I done?! 15 years later, I can answer this question: I took a leap of faith and went for my dreams, without worrying about the hows and what ifs. I said Yes to me, without thinking about how my family and friends would feel. I created the life I wanted, free of the pressure to do things a certain way. Funnily enough, this is also exactly what I did when I started my business! When did you take a leap of faith?

03.01.2022 It depends During our first call, I’ll say these 2 words a lot. I know you want a simple answer to questions like:... What’s the best tool for email marketing? What’s the best way to onboard clients? And yet, it depends! It depends on: what YOU’re looking to achieve how YOU like to work YOUR budget and many other things that are specific to YOU and YOUR business When we work together in the Unshakable Business series, we dive deep into these questions, so that I can create systems that work for YOU and implement the tools that will support YOU. This way, you have more time to work in your zone of genius, and you don’t have to figure out all the tech or worry about breaking something. If you’re curious and want to know more, DM me. *** I have 2 spots available for a start in 2020. ***

03.01.2022 I never thought I’d say that but right now the holiday destination of my dreams is the French Riviera. Simply, because it’s where my parents + sister + nieces live. And I miss them! I was meant to go in October for my sister’s wedding, but obviously, it didn’t happen. Thanks COVID! ... So right now, I’m dreaming about the next time I’ll go and: Hug everyone Look through photographs (that I’ve seen thousands of times) Ask my parents millions of questions about said photographs - there’s always a new anecdote! Eat French baguettes Simply be with everyone One of the many joys of having my own business is that I can stay as long as I want! Although I’ll miss my fur babies.
